Bake, roast, or broil your food instead of frying. Remove all fat and skin from meats before cooking. 

 Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day. This helps flush out your body while also suppressing your appetite

You are responsible for what you do & what you eat. Therfore, eat to live, not live to eat

Watch food labels. Foods with a high percentage of fat and/or carbohydrates that are sugars will slow down your progress to reaching your goal.
